In our last member story, we saw the quick actions David had to take to stop a fleeing vehicle from causing more damage. The decision was not simple.   1. First thing you do is GET OUT THE WAY! If you kill the driver the vehicle will not stop. If you wound the driver the vehicle will not stop. If he ducks to avoid your shot the vehicle will not stop. Remember you can not out run a vehicle so run side ways to the vehicle not in front of it. There is a name for people who stand in front and shoot at the driver- VICTIM! Get out of the way.
