    I reside in the state of Florida, hold a license to carry, and recently was told at the required class that an alcohol level of .05 or higher can result in 3 years in the clink, at home, in public, driving etc. That is in direct conflict with your statement that alcohol is not a problem if you are not holding the loaded weapon. What is the fact? You have me covered.
